Thai law firm Pisut & Partners has bolstered its international arbitration capabilities with the addition of partner Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich in Bangkok.

Dutsadee’s most recent role was that of partner at the recently launched Bangkok office of Clyde & Co, where she had a short six-month partner stint after leaving ABER Group, a firm she co-founded in 2022. 

With a decade of experience in cross-border litigation and international arbitration, representing clients on commercial matters, construction disputes, energy conflicts, aviation, infrastructure and transportation matters, Dutsadee sits on the panels of major arbitration institutions such as the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre, the Asian International Arbitration Centre and the Thailand Arbitration Centre.

Prior to establishing ABER Group, Dutsadee worked for Herbert Smith Freehills and regional firm Tilleke & Gibbins.

Following her addition, Pisut & Partners now has 16 fee-earners, including six partners.
