Tilleke & Gibbins, Thailand’s largest law firm, has added Patcharaporn Pootranon (L) and Saravut Krailadsiri as Bangkok-based partners in its capital markets and tax practices, respectively.

Patcharaporn, who joins from Deloitte Legal where she was partner, has close to 20 years of experience advising on capital market and M&A transactions, including security offerings under U.S. and Thai law, particularly in the energy, food and beverages, and retail sectors.

Patcharaporn joins the firm with two members of her team from Deloitte Legal – senior associate Veerakorn Samranweth and associate Narita Sakunchotikarote.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Patcharaporn had been a partner at Weerawong Chinnavat & Partners and The Capital Law Office.

Saravut, who was previously a partner at Kudun and Partners, has over a decade of experience advising on tax and restructuring aspects of cross-border M&A, particularly risk management advice for group restructuring and entire business transfers.

He also has expertise in the energy industry, having represented investments in petroleum exploration and production in Thailand.

“Patcharaporn and Saravut bring invaluable expertise to our capital markets and tax practices. Their extensive experience and deep industry knowledge will greatly benefit our clients as we continue to provide high-quality, commercial solutions in these fields across Southeast Asia,” said managing partner Darani Vachanavuttivong in a statement.
