He also played a pivotal role in representing the Marafie Group in a $15 million investment portfolio dispute, where his strategic analysis challenged the financial practices of the defendants. Additionally, Mr. Khalid secured a landmark victory for a national hospital group in a cross-border litigation, leading to the annulment of contracts worth $2.8 million and the enforcement of the judgment in the UAE.
