JSA Advocates & Solicitors has bolted right out of the hiring gate for 2025 with the addition of its second new partner hire of the year, as Pritha Chatterjee moves from IndusLaw as a retained partner in its banking and finance practice.

Earlier this week, the firm hired Trilegal counsel Shringarika Priyadarshini as a retained partner in its Gurugram-based corporate practice.

Chatterjee has close to twelve years of experience in the structured finance and debt capital space and has worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. She moved to IndusLaw as a partner in 2023

Her clients have included domestic and international banks, investors, financial institutions, large corporations, and multilateral agencies.

"Her extensive experience and leadership will contribute to further strengthening our structured finance and debt capital markets practices,” said JSA’s joint managing partners Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy in a statement.
