India’s Trilegal has added Nitesh Jain as a partner in Mumbai from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Jain’s practice focuses on corporate commercial disputes, international and domestic commercial arbitrations, white-collar crimes and advises across diverse dispute resolution forums.

Jain previously worked at Gagrat & Co, the legacy Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas before joining SAM in 2015. He also ran his own firm - N Jain Law Chambers – for about a year.

With Jain’s appointment, Trilegal now has 56 partners.
