TAKE THE SURVEY HERE

The 2025 Employer of Choice Survey is now open. This survey, designed specifically for law firms, gathers direct employee feedback to highlight firms that excel in fostering workplace satisfaction, inclusivity, and innovation.

Don't miss the chance to demonstrate your firm's commitment to creating an exceptional work environment.

Responses to the 2025 Employer of Choice Survey are due by Friday, January 24. The survey is open to all law firm employees—from paralegals to managing partners, including non-legal roles—and covers key areas such as career opportunities, mentorship programs, and work-life balance.

The results of the survey will help identify the top law firms to work for in each jurisdiction. These outstanding firms will be recognised as "Employers of Choice" and will be featured in the April 2025 issue of ALB.
