The University of Michigan Law School, with its long history as one of the top 10 law schools in the United States, started its LLM program in 1890. Today, we still offer this LLM degree, which allows students to specialize as they like and imbue an interdisciplinary perspective into their study of law.

Our legacy of excellence and innovation is reflected in our newest offering – the concentrated Master of Advanced Corporation Law (MACL) degree. The MACL is intended for early to mid-career practitioners who want to specialize in corporate law and securities regulation. Completed in just 12 weeks, the degree is designed for lawyers with busy and demanding lives, but who want to advance their careers through knowledge and networks.

All Michigan Law’s programs take place on our iconic campus in the vibrant college town of Ann Arbor. Our location in America’s heartland enables students to immerse themselves in Americana and build deep relationships that last a lifetime. Our small and highly selective programs allow for personal interaction with professors that ensures the growth of both character and intellect.
