Finnish firms Hannes Snellman, Roschier acting on SEGA’s $776 mln acquisition of Rovio

Finland’s Hannes Snellman has advised SEGA Europe and SEGA, subsidiaries of Japan’s Sega Sammy Holdings, on their planned acquisition of mobile video game producer Rovio Entertainment Oyj for 706 million euros ($776 million), with another Finnish law firm, Roschier, acting for Rovio.
