Singapore Big Four law firm Rajah & Tann has acquired LegalComet, a local legal technology advisory firm that focuses on e-discovery.

Pillsbury has appointed intellectual property litigators Chris Kao and David Tsai as partners in its San Francisco office from Vinson & Elkins. Kao and Tsai will assist in opening Pillsbury’s Taipei office later this year.
