Malaysian law firm Halim Hong & Quek (HHQ) has established new technology practice group after hiring Ong Johnson and Lo Khai Yi as partners. Lo was previously a senior associate at Naqiz & Partners, while Ong was senior group legal manager at i-Berhad.
