PRC law firm Jia Yuan Law Offices has strengthened its capital markets practice in Hong Kong after hiring partner Wanda Woo and her team from A&O Shearman.

Shearman & Sterling has added to its capital markets practice in the Asian market by rehiring a former lawyer for its Hong Kong office, the firm said Monday.

California-headquartered firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has appointed Wanda Woo as a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities practice in Hong Kong from Kirkland & Ellis.
