Law firm Allen & Overy said Tuesday that it has hired equity capital markets and public M&A lawyers Kenny Kwan and Caryn Ng as partners in Singapore from Baker McKenzie.

Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow has expanded in Singapore with the hire of Kenny Kwan, formerly the head of the capital markets practice at Drew & Napier, and arbitration partner Ashish Chugh, who joins from K&L Gates.
