UK-headquartered law firm Ashurst has hired four partners in Singapore and Seoul. Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli and Scott Baggett (Singapore), and Anna Chung (Seoul) join from Shearman & Sterling, while Lawrence Jhe (also Seoul) joins from Kim, Chang & Lee.
