Shardul Amarchand launches Chennai office with Cognizant GC hire

India’s Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has opened an office in the southern city of Chennai, and hired GV Anand Bhushan, the former general counsel of Cognizant Technology Solutions, to head it.
