Big Six Korea law firm Yoon and Yang has strengthened its banking and finance practice after hiring of Hwan Jun Heo, Jong Youl Choi, and Yong Ho Choi as partners in Seoul from Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), the country’s integrated financial regulator.
