Singapore Big Four firm Rajah & Tann has welcomed corporate specialist Raymond Tong as a partner from Clifford Chance, where he spent more than 10 years.

Tong, who earlier spent a decade with another Singapore Big Four firm, WongPartnership, advises on fundraising and equity markets deals for clients across Southeast Asia.

Also joining Rajah & Tann is Sriram Chakravarthi, who will be a counsel in  the funds and investment management practice. Chakravarthi was at the Singapore Academy of Law for more than seven years, with his most recent role being that of senior director in charge of legal development and chief legal counsel. Chakravarthi was earlier a partner at Shook Lin & Bok.
