Mills Oakley has added family law partner Helen Suke along with senior associate team Briana Kotzapavlidis and lawyer Daniel Kolieb to the firm’s Melbourne capabilities.

The team have joined the firm from Marshalls & Dent. Suke has extensive experience in all aspects of family law and is an advocate of alternative dispute resolution methods, particularly mediation. She has particular expertise in representing high net worth clients, with complex financial structures.
Mills Oakley chief executive, John Nerurker, said the firm was experiencing strong client demand across a range of practice areas, including family law.

Suke is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Victorian Women Lawyers and the family law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
