HFW has grown its Singapore energy and resources practice with the addition of Dan Perera as a partner from Reed Smith.

He is HFW’s second hire from Reed Smith this year. In January, Peter Zaman, formerly the managing partner of the latter firm’s Singapore office, joined HFW as a senior partner.

Perera specialises in disputes and contractual arrangements in the energy and resources, commodities, and international trade sectors.

Before his move to Reed Smith in 2018, Perera spent nearly 15 years at Norton Rose Fulbright.
