This is Ince’s second litigation partner hire this year in Hong Kong, after it welcomed Zhao Rong Ooi from Hauzen, AnJie Law Firm’s associated firm.

With more that 25-years of experience, Chan focuses on cross-border dispute resolution, international arbitration, shareholder and company disputes, banking and securities-related litigation, white-collar crime and contentious regulatory matters. Her clients include state-owned enterprises, listed companies and investors.

Chan headed the dispute resolution team at Miao & Co. She joined that firm in 2017 from K&L Gates, where she was an of counsel. Prior to that, she was a partner at local firm Hastings & Co.

With the addition of Chan, Ince now has 10 partners in Hong Kong.
