Indian law firm J. Sagar Associates (JSA) has added Niruphama Ramakrishnan as a partner in Gurugram from rival AZB & Partners.

Ramakrishnan, who has practiced for more than a decade, focuses on regulatory, general corporate, equity, capital markets, structured products, InvITs and REITs.

Prior to joining AZB, Ramakrishnan worked at law firms S&R Associates and the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.

Ramakrishnan’s hire comes only days after JSA lost corporate partner Manav Raheja to Veritas Legal in Mumbai.
