Boutique Indian law firm Vertices Partners has hired Jeet Sen Gupta, who was most recently a partner at Juris Corp, to lead its banking and finance, structured finance, special situations and stressed assets initiatives.

Sen Gupta, who will be based in Mumbai, specialises in project finance, asset finance, corporate finance and structured finance transactions. He has advised on deals in China, the Middle East, the U.S. and Europe.

Prior to his short stint at Juris Corp, which he joined in July 2015, and left in September list year, Sen Gupta worked for Economic Laws Practice (ELP) and Amarchand Mangaldas.

Vertices was set up in March 2016 by three former ELP lawyers – Vinayak Burman, associate partner Amit Vyas and senior associate Archana Khosla.
