Withers KhattarWong, international law firm Withers’ Singapore alliance firm, has significantly bolstered its disputes capabilities with the addition of a team of attorneys from U.S. law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, led by Pardeep Singh Khosa who joins as head of litigation.

This is Withers KhattarWong’s second partner hire in 2025, following the addition of Gary Beh from Linklaters in January. The firm also added a two-lawyer real estate team in Singapore from Shook Lin & Bok, led by partner Chau Hwei Lee, in July last year.

Khosa joined Morgan Lewis in 2022 from Davinder Singh Chambers, a firm he had moved to from Drew & Napier

With over 15 years of experience, Khosa has experience in commercial disputes, white-collar crime and investigations, particularly focusing on shareholder disputes and disputes relating to banking and financial services, financial technologies, trusts, professional negligence, public and administrative law, and defamation.

His clients have included governments, statutory boards, listed companies and high net-worth individuals in high-value, complex disputes relating to construction, engineering, infrastructure, shipping, and oil and gas.

“What distinguishes him is his ability to navigate the intricacies of multijurisdictional disputes while maintaining a sharp focus on achieving the commercial outcomes that matter most to clients,” said Shashi Nathan, joint managing partner of Withers KhattarWong, in a statement.

UK-headquartered Withers also expanded its ASEAN offering last year, entering into a formal association with Indonesian boutique Karna Partnership.
