Watson Farley & Williams has expanded its oil and gas sector offering in Singapore with the appointment of Nick Dingemans, who joins from Norton Rose Fulbright. 

Dingemans, who has more than 20 years of experience, advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate/commercial matters. He specialises in energy and infrastructure matters, most notably in the oil and gas sector.

 “We have recently been named a Top 30 international law firm in Asia by Asian Legal Business and this, in hand with Nick’s hire, demonstrates our continued commitment to growth in Asia and to the further development of our oil and gas practice as well as our success in attracting top quality talent to the firm,” said Mei Lin Goh, head of WFW’s Singapore head, in a statement.

In Singapore, WFW operates in an alliance with Wong Tan & Molly Lim; The alliance is known as WFW & WTL. The office has two other partners specialising in energy and infrastructure: Shawn Er and Dan Thompson.
