Watson Farley & Williams has expanded its oil and gas sector offering in Singapore with the appointment of Nick Dingemans, who joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
Dingemans, who has more than 20 years of experience, advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate/commercial matters. He specialises in energy and infrastructure matters, most notably in the oil and gas sector.
