Indonesian boutique law firm Batavia Advocatorum (B.Av) has bolstered its dispute resolution practice with the appointment of Raditya Anugerah Titus as partner from Makarim & Taira S, where he was a senior associate.
With over 14 years of legal experience, Titus brings expertise in civil and criminal litigation, employment matters, and arbitration. His clients include financial institutions and manufacturing, technology, and energy companies.
“We are confident that the arrival of Radit will bolster B.Av’s dispute resolutions practice area to include international arbitrations,” the firm said in a statement. “His rich experience in dispute resolutions is further evidence of B.Av’s ambitions and commitments to further grow our strong capabilities in strategic areas to suffice our clients’ evolving needs.”
After starting his career at Panji Prasetyo + Partners Law Office, Titus joined Makarim in 2015. His stint there included a secondment at Singapore’s Drew & Napier.
Founded in 2019, B.Av now has three partners, including Titus. The others are managing partner Syafrullah Hamdi, who formerly worked at HHP Law Firm, and partner Towy Aryanosa, another ex-Makarim lawyer.
