An exceptional opportunity for lawyers seeking a regional role with a strong commercial focus, you will have a solid background in M&A, possess sharp commercial acumen and be able to communicate and present effectively. Quarterly regional travel may be required.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognized degree in Law and preferably admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Strong M&A experience and a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience gained with a top-tier law firm.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
