This is a sought after opportunity to join a prestigious UK global firm which has an established and well regarded presence in Asia. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a mid-level arbitration lawyer to join its thriving Hong Kong office. You will have 3 to 6 years of PQE with a top tier firm and solid international arbitration experience. In particular, you will have experience of arbitration proceedings under any of the major institutional rules, interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements, drafting pleadings and submissions, managing correspondence with tribunals and opposing counsel, as well as legal research skills, and experience managing junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals. Common law experience and Chinese language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential for the role. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level arbitration lawyer looking to develop their career with one of the world's leading firms, and to be involved in top quality international arbitration work.
