You will be part of a banking & finance team that supports large M&A deals, therefore working in tandem with the corporate team.  Workload is more than manageable and is a refreshing change from most roles in the market.  Primarily you will focus on; acquisition finance, syndicated lending and bi-lateral loans.

• Common law jurisdiction
• NQ-3 PQE
