Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director of Legal and Compliance, you will oversee and manage the governance and compliance programmes of Changi Airports International (CAI), particularly in relation to its investment management activities globally. Working closely with all stakeholders, you will help to draft compliance policies, develop and implement the framework and tools to support CAI in meeting its regulatory requirements,  while strengthening existing processes at the same time. You will monitor and assess regulatory developments, ensuring that compliance risks are identified, reported to management and tracked for resolution.

 

You should hold a good university degree in law, with at least 7 years’ experience in a corporate compliance role, preferably within the investment / asset management industry. You have excellent business acumen and are experienced in upholding compliance without compromising business goals. You have a high level of assertiveness and enjoy influencing stakeholders in a collaborative and solution‑driven environment.
