Wall Street law firm seeks ambitious corporate lawyer to work on a range of sophisticated and high profile IPO and M&A matters. Whilst this role will be predominantly IPO focused, you will also gain considerable experience advising on various M&A transactions for an impressive list of blue chip clients.

The successful candidate will enjoy working within a close knit and sociable team where you will be offered first class training and considerable responsibility.

You will be fluent in Mandarin and will have strong Capital Markets experience. You are likely to be working within a well regarded US or UK law firm and will be seeking to step up to a more prestigious and lucrative firm.

Candidates qualified in either the US, UK, SG or HK will be eligible for this opportunity. NY rates on offer. 2-5 years PQE.
