This high profile partner is an experienced advisor on Hong Kong corporate law whose practice focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity funds. There will be no IPO requirement for this role.

• 3-7 PQE
• Any jurisdiction will be considered, however experience within the Hong Kong market is essential.
• Languages are not required

To be considered for this role you will currently be employed in the corporate/M&A practice of a top-tier, or highly rated firm, with excellent academics from a reputable university. You will possess impeccable drafting skills, with a pedantic attention to detail and the ability to win over clients and internal stakeholders.
