The Hong Kong office of this well regarded US law firm is currently looking for a junior Corporate Associate to join its thriving Corporate practice. You will be Hong Kong qualified and have 1 to 3 years of PQE, ideally acquired with a leading international firm.

You will have both M&A and HK IPO experience and you will be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (and written Chinese). In this role you will enjoy working with several well-known partners and other bright and friendly associates, focusing on Hong Kong IPOs and cross-border M&A transactions.

You will work within a busy and collegiate team and you will enjoy an excellent training program. You will also be offered strong long term career development prospects given our client's strategy to mentor and promote its associates.
