Our client is an investment manager focusing on PE, VC, Loans and special situations. Due their continued success in Hong Kong, they are looking to build out their legal and compliance function with the recruitment of a corporate counsel and a compliance officer.
The corporate counsel will be a solid corproate lawyer with exposure to real estate. You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ experience and a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
The compliance role requires a good understanding of the prime brokerage approvals, SFC and of course the ability to identify risk.
