This international law firm is currently looking to expand their team with the hire of a corporate, energy and projects associate. It is a rewarding opportunity with an international law firm. The role will be based in Singapore and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

To perform the role you must have previously worked either advising lenders, sponsors and project companies in the oil & gas, energy and infrastructure sectors on the structuring and project financing of projects or on mergers and acquisitions in the sector. Mining and energy trading experience from a legal perspective is also relevant. It is important that you have been admitted in a common law jurisdiction.

We are open on your level of experience – we have roles in this firm at 1-2 PQE and at 2-3 PQE. However we are interested to hear from energy and projects associates outside of this experience level as we have a number of requirements in Singapore and the surrounding financial hubs following an increase in investment in the SEA region.
