Nexus Legal are working with a well renowned international firm in sourcing a junior to mid-level corporate/M&A lawyer to join their highly-regarded team in Hong Kong.

This role will afford you the opportunity to work on high-value takeovers and cross-border investment transactions. Additionally, you will have exposure to high profile investment banks and equity capital market transactions. You will play an integral part of a reputable team with great exposure to high profile clients throughout Asia.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-7 PQE,
• Hong Kong or Singapore admitted,
• Possess a strong academic background,
• Experience with M&A from a reputable law firm.

Experience with mergers & acquisitions and IPO transactions relating to Hong Kong public companies is preferred. The firm offer a competitive salary package and excellent career progression, with an emphasis on personal and professional development.
