This corporate finance team seeks a PSL/knowledge management lawyer with regional capital markets and/or M&A/PE transactions experience to join their group.

You will work closely with the partners within the practice to help create and maintain a database of precedents and other know-how materials, keeping the team informed on latest developments and policies within the legal framework, providing support to firm’s training initiatives and more.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in a common law jurisdiction with Chinese language skills and experience in a range of corporate transactions. Experience working as a PSL is beneficial, not mandatory. (ALB-14223)
