Requirements;

- Commonwealth qualification (UK/AUS etc. admissions)
- Corporate experience; M&A or IPO.
- Ideally 2-4 PQE – however exceptional junior and senior candidates will be considered
- Mandarin/ Cantonese would be advantageous but are not essential
