A top tier US Wall Street firm’s Hong Kong Office is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Senior Associate/Counsel to join their team. They have a well structured litigation and arbitration team with a very good balance between seniors and juniors. There will also be excellent career progression to partnership level for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Litigation, Arbitration, Regulatory work

• Commercial litigation and regulatory investigations involving product risk and liability, energy, corporate affairs, and financial services matters
• International arbitration disputes involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate issues and private equity
• Represent clients in a wide spectrum of industries, including oil and gas, retail (luxury and mass market), private equity, pharmaceuticals, real estate, technology and telecommunications, natural resources and mining, and sports.

Requirements:

• HK Qualified Solicitor with 6-10 PQE;
• Has either top tier US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, UK, or Top Tier Hong Kong Law firm experience;
• Focused, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to build relationships;
• Team player;
• Excellent English, Mandarin, Cantonese (spoken, written, drafting skills).
