As banks continue to modernise, compliance is also looking to evolve and offer more data-oriented solutions. Our client is looking to hire someone with a data visualisation background or strong understanding, with some banking or compliance experience. However, data savviness is the key factor. You will be part of the global transformation of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing team and reporting into the Regional Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Help to develop Compliance Monitoring and Testing team through data analytics and visualisation
• Validate compliance against established policies and procedures and applicable regulations
• Develop recommendations for corrective action based on review findings

• Work with advisory compliance colleagues and management to agree on appropriate action plans

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• In-depth data visualisation experience
• Exposure to banking environment and/or compliance
• Management experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English and Chinese languages preferred
