Job Description

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Participate in consultation with the Project Manager to discuss project specifications, workflow and/or issues
  • Manage projects to meet all deadlines and/or provide updates to the Project Management team
  • Perform ESI collections from multiple data sources including, laptops, phones, servers, etc.
  • Perform data culling and processing using industry standard software
  • Perform quality control on processed data
  • Load data from processing platforms into our review platform
  • Customize review platform per client specifications
  • Provide troubleshooting services to clients (review support)
  • Prioritize and complete assigned projects and manage team workload
  • Provide daily status reports to Project Managers
  • Document actions taken while performing tasks in workflow application
  • Potentially work additional hours beyond regular schedule to meet client commitments which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • May setup and train users on the company's client review tool

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of industry standard litigation software (ie. EnCase, FTK, Nuix, LAW, Concordance, Relativity) is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Experience with SQL database manipulation and management including a working knowledge of SQL, query syntax and relational databases
  • Litigation Support/eDiscovery experience strongly preferred
  • Relativity experience preferred, Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) highly valued
  • Exceptional client services and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge and proven application of project lifecycle methodologies
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office software, common email systems, and basic networking concepts
  • Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a geographically dispersed environment
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of management internally and externally
  • Ability to establish and maintain focus
  • Exceptional time management, planning and organization skills

The successful candidate will be required to work with DTI teams in the UK and US and, whilst based in Hong Kong, will also provide support to the team in Singapore and throughout Asia.
