Job Description
Our Magic Circle client is looking for a junior to mid-level lawyer (NQ to 3 years PQE) to join their Corporate Public Companies team.
The candidate will gained relevant work experience on first tier transactions in a market leading practice.
Candidate Requirements
- The candidate must have relevant working experience in public company M&A and/or IPO and advising on Listing Rules issues
- Strong technical and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are a pre-requisite and the ability to speak Cantonese would be a strong preference.
- We welcome candidates who are willing to challenge themselves.
