Requirements:

• Commonwealth qualification (UK/AUS etc. admissions) 
• Ideally 3-6 PQE
• Top academics
• Strong career history to date (onshore/offshore)
• Funds Background is preferable , however corporate experience; M&A lawyers are welcome.
• Mandarin/ Cantonese would be advantageous but are not essential
