Global Management Consultancy firm looking for a legal counsel with corporate experience to join their Singapore office. 

Exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic work environment with market leading professionals on cutting edge transaction who work across multiple sectors such as aviation, defence, energy, TMT, health & life sciences.

The candidate will have the chance to work in a fast paced office environment with an international legal team.  

You will work closely with teams specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation on a daily basis and be a valued team resource for decision making.

Notes:

1. Contract term of 12 months with a 3 month probation period
2. International experience/exposure, good corporate training at a well-regarded firm and qualification into the corporate team
3. in-house experience looked upon favorably
4. language capabilities (any of Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean) a bonus
