An exciting role has now arisen with a foreign bank in HCMC, Vietnam. Working closely with the Group COO on all legal, regulatory and compliance matters, you will provide coherent and consistent legal advice on regulatory and contractual issues, as well as oversee the bank’s compliance program. Applicants will need a thorough understanding of local banking laws and regulations and have had prior experience in a similar function. Vietnamese speakers essential. 

Successful candidates will possess:

• A degree in law, business, accountancy or finance, with at least 8 years of relevant legal and compliance experience in a bank.
• Strong knowledge of local banking laws and regulations
• A dynamic and outgoing personality, excellent communication and presentation skills.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be efficient and hardworking.
