Leading European Bank with extensive Asia footprint is seeking a mid level (3-6 years +) Banking and Finance lawyer to join legal department in Hong Kong.   Advising the bank on all aspects of their commercial and wholesale trading activities in Asia (including Trade Finance and highly structured bespoke finance transactions), the successful candidate will be part of a larger regional team.  Interested candidates will ideally have trained at a top international law firm and have strong banking and finance experience including syndicated loans, structured finance and trade finance exposure.   Fluent mandarin is a must together with the ability to review agreements in Chinese.
