Our client is a global investment bank, provider of a wide range of products to their clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. Provider of investment banking, private equity, securities trading and private banking.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Banking or DCM or ICM lawyer to work within Derivatives, Prime, Fixed Income, Sales and Trading. This is a position based in their Hong Kong office, (Private Wealth Management).

Main Duties to include:

• Working across a wide range of financial products using standard contract templates
• Liaising with front office, compliance, back office and credit on all documentation and procedures
• Successful negotiation of contracts with counterparties

Skills Required:

• Lawyer (Banking, ICM or DCM) background, transferable skills to adapt to the role
• Trained within an international law firm
• Should have experience in Equity Derivative products, ISDA, OTC or Prime
• Private Wealth Management experience a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent competence in working with market standard documentation for derivative products
• English and Cantonese is the preference, Mandarin is not required
