The Client

Leading international firm is looking to hire an associate for their expanding corporate practice. The client is one of the longest established and largest international legal practices in the Singapore market. You will work with a number of the corporate partners.

The client has a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice Licence which allows them to advise on various aspects of Singapore law.

Key practice areas are corporate finance, banking and project finance, asset/structured finance and litigation/ADR. The firm advises on major project finance, PPP, privatisations and aviation matters.

Client base includes financial institutions, airlines, shipping companies, infrastructure funds, energy companies, state-owned enterprises, and other major leading global and regional corporation.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years PQE in mainstream corporate practice
• E&W, ANZ qualified – other common law bar qualifications looked upon favourably
• Strong technical skills
• Training and experience in general corporate work with exposure to areas such as power, O&G, transportation, offshore shipping looked upon favourably
