Our client is one of the leading global firms and a powerhouse in Asia.

The client requires a senior associate to work on TMT deals involving a range of corporate commercial matters such as outsourcing, privacy, procurement, regulatory and Telco commercial issues.

Key Requirements

• Senior experience with leading international firm in Corporate Commercial and/or TMT practice groups
• 4-6 years PQE - E&W, ANZ, Singapore qualified (or equivalent common law)
• Preference is for candidates with training and /or experience with top technology outsourcing firms or Magic Circle
• Ability to draft contracts, run negotiations and manage junior associate
• Ability to work independently but with full support of partners
• Telco experience will be looked upon favourably
• Asia technology law and telco skills looked upon favourably
• Candidates based in the UK and Australia with be actively considered
