Top tier global investment bank requires a talented corporate/ finance lawyer for their Sydney office. You will work closely with the other APAC lawyers of this global investment bank.

Candidate & Role
Only candidates with leading international law firm experience will be considered.

In house experience looked upon favourably but not essential.

You will have experience in one or a number of the global financial centres and will be moving back to Australia or be in country currently with Australian market experience.

Role will cover various business areas such as:

• equity capital market experience (looked upon favourably)
• DCM
• general finance/lending
• M&A advisory
