The Role

• NQ – 2 PQE preferably E&W qualified or its equivalent in a common law jurisdiction
• Focus on general banking, trade finance, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, structured trade and commodity finance and telecoms finance
• Experience in banking & finance with leading international firm
• Experience with drafting corporate authorities, facility agreements, security documents and legal opinions
• Transaction management including dealing with local counsel, conditions precedent satisfaction and other transaction closing
