Market leading UK law practice that has pan Asian offices and seen solid office expansion with increasing deal flow across the Asian region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a partner to build on their existing practice from Hong Kong in tandem with clients that the firm services.
Key Partner Requirements
- Experienced Partner, with an established or growing profile in the local market, to play a leading role in building the firm’s international regulatory litigation practice in Hong Kong
- HK qualified
- Experience of advising in relation to investigations brought by each of the regulatory agencies in Hong Kong such as HKMA, SFC and ICAC
- Experience of working for or at one (or more) of the local regulators is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong appetite and capability to build a regulatory practice in Hong Kong
- Proven ability to generate work
- Book (or partial) book of business key for this role
The Opportunity
Partner will work closely and in tandem with the regulatory litigation practice group in London
Collegiate set up where the other partners in the international practice group will cross refer work in the network
Team moves (full or partial) will be considered
